I like to take my time with art, because when feel that I am rushed,
I lose a lot of my inspiration and motivation.
I apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but I will absolutely do everything I can to complete your piece in a timely manner.

If you need the commission completed by a certain date that's no problem! I will gladly work with you to meet a deadline as long as you approach me at least
★ 2 WEEKS ★
before the expected deadline. Anything sooner than 2 WEEKS, please contact me & we can discuss a slight price increase for a sooner date.

However, please try to remember that I may not always be available to accept a specific deadline commission, but most of the time it shouldn't be a problem, never be afraid to ask !

Simply contact me via any of the ways provided on my contact information page, and I will gladly respond as soon as I can to help resolve the issue.
I believe that each commission is taken on a personal basis & should be handled that way !

★IF you want your commission LIVESTREAMED★
We can set up a date and time for both of us that is convenient;
I will use the entire time of the scheduled livestream to work on your piece
until completion. Maximum stream time for me, currently, is generally:
★ 2 HOURS ★
unless we have discussed otherwise.
If either you or I need to leave for any reason, we will discuss another convenient streaming time to finish the remainder of the commission.

Please understand that I will not be able to livestream any/every commission; But I will certainly do my best to schedule one if possible!

✦ Refunds ✦

★ If I have not started the piece ★
you are entitled to a refund no sooner than
★ 1 week ★
after the transaction has been completed.
Meaning you must wait a week before you are able to be refunded for a piece
that hasn't been started.
(Unless it's an emergency please contact me and we can discuss it further.)

★ If I have already started the commission ★
you may wait until completion or a
★ partial refund ★
will be given factoring in the work I have already put into it.
But don't worry - I'm very open to discussion!
I understand things happen, so I will be as fair as possible to both you and myself in every way that I can!

I ask that you please come to
me and ask if you are unsure.
Most of the time I have no problem adding or changing something, or even adjusting it for you even after the piece is completed.
MOST of the time it will be free of charge, but please try not to take advantage of this.

of purchasing the artwork;
Anything past 3 months I can adjust
for a small fee that we can discuss privately.

★I reserve the right to subject change to what

If something is incorrect after the 3 months, you are free to draw your own images separate from my art, or pay a comparable fee to have me fix what needs to be adjusted.

Please also understand that I may give permission to some people to allow permission to edit, on different instances, & other pieces I may not. This has nothing to do with the person editing it, & I just ask that you kindly respect my decision of who/what I chose
to allow edits.

but I want to represent my art and image as a strong safe-space for everyone and I will do everything I can to keep it that way.

I am not very good with more complicated or mechanical characters but I will reach out to you and let you know if I think it may be an issue.
I try not to add an extra fee, but if it's something that will take me a considerable extra amount of time I will have to charge what I feel is fair for my time.

Any anonymous commissioners will be asked their e-mail so I can send
the finished commission file to them anonymously.
If you would also like the commission sent via e-mail, please just let me know and I'll gladly send it to you.

Some of my commissions I don't feel like posting, for my own reasons, but the above rules can be applied for posting it yourself!
If I am notified of / see any artwork of mine on any website without my credit given I will contact the commissioner of the piece to update the information.
If no response is given within

My artwork may NOT be used for anything other than sharing digitally. I am the only one that retains any right on reproducing my artwork in any way or fashion. You may not use any of the art I produce on any form of merchandise without my explicit permission.

I reserve first right to buy back any characters I design. If I choose not to re-purchase the design, you will have my permission to
re-sell / trade / gift the character.

But please, try to remember that at the end of the day it's just a character design; There should be no attacking, fighting, insults, or rude comments publicly or privately.

★ If I find out that you sell / trade / gift a character to someone on my BLACKLIST after you have been notified of said list; You will receive ONE WARNING; A second offense you will be automatically be placed on my BLACKLIST. ★

I will not personally be searching for people buying/selling on my BLACKLIST but the beginning of my Character Re-Sell states that anyone selling / trading / gifting my designs should first come to me.
In short, it is forbidden to sell/trade my designs to anyone on my BLACKLIST
